Still, I’m so grateful—2024 has been such a magical year for me.
In 2022-2023, I focused on raising awareness about the importance of " changing our cooking game' at home for a better lifestyle and health.
From there, one step at a time, oppurtunities started opening up for me.
That's when i discovered the knowledge of gluten free sourdough (GFSD) world.
Community other than Malaysia, they've been making GFSD Recipes for quite a long time.
But in Malaysia, not many people knew about it yet. So, i started raising another awareness about GFSD since it's also has health benefit for us.
Throughout that journey, i uncovered lots of GF secrets and successfully developed incredible skills.
What seemed impossible to others became something I achieved and proved.
People used to say It's normal if GF products hard, tasteless, yada yada. But i proved them wrong.
It's absolutely possible to create GF products that are soft, plushie, bouncy, and tasty.
I've shared a lot of secrets and techniques for gluten free recipes with Malaysians.
Along the way, I faced all kind of challenges and did hundreds of experiments (R&D cost more than RM15K), just to reach masterpiece Formula for GF and GFSD Recipes.
Honestly, my R&D for artisan GFSD goes way beyond what I show on social media.

Sometimes, I don't even bother recording failed attempts because my phone and camera storage are full! 😆

It’s been a tough journey, especially since there’s no GFSD master in Malaysia or even international that meets the standards I want.
I’m such a perfectionist—my expectations and standards are super high. That’s just how I’ve always been.
If I don’t get it right, I’ll keep working until I do.

My dream is go to Italy and learn from the chefs there because they're way more advanced in this field, especially with pastries.
Their creations are as stunning as those made with wheat, but they do it Gluten Free, Wheat Free!
This year would be the last year I'll be offering GFSD Masterclass at an affordable price. Because in 2025, I want to focus on more advances, artistic and challenging skills
