I've tried various flour ratios to create the best flour blend. In this article, I list down my flour formula recipe that suits my taste and preference.
I've calculated it so that we can have the most softest, tastiest, airy, fluffy, flaky gluten free bakery food.
U can use it in any recipe you want.
Mix it separately than binders. Only use binders when making recipes.
U can store the flour blend in air-tight container jar. I will share my other flour blend and other fav binder soon.
For Bread flour blend, u can use 2 type of binder that are:
1. Psyllium Husk : Xanthan Gum ( 1:3)
2. Konjac Glucomannan : Xanthan Gum (2 :1)
Both binder applicable to use in percentage or in measuring spoon and u can swap the ratio to get different texture in recipe
