Flaky Crackers Gluten Free

It's not easy to make flaky crackers gluten free version. I need to make several experiments to have masterpiece quality which can make lots of people happy

And yes, of course i found my own ratio in making crispy flaky crackers. Yay!

I've successfully created this formula after 7th experiments. Pheww!

We only need 3 different type of gluten free flour. Not more than that.

My flour ratio :

  • Gluten free
  • Wheat free
  • Dairy free
  • Soy free
  • Nut free
  • Gum free
  • No binder
  • Egg free
  • Soy free
  • Milk free
  • No baking soda
  • No baking powder
This flour ratio only for my coming soon flour brand.

Trust me, it's really crispy flaky, tasty!

If you have your own gf flour ratio, feel free to use it in any crackers recipe. 

Am so sorry, no recipe in this post. Just wanna share my achievement in gluten free recipes. 

But u can use my other recipe in this blog. Especially moist banana choc cake recipe. It's soooo Soft, moist and people won't notice it's gluten free!
