Gluten Free Moist Softest Banana Chocolate Cake

This recipe super easy. U just need to combine wet ingredients, dry ingredients, mix together, bake and here you go! 



You will taste moist banana choc cake ever and i bet you, it's better than using wheat flour!

And most importantly, you won't know it's gluten free

So, let's start make it.

Wet Ingredients:

  • 355g mashed bananas
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 140ml coconut oil
  • 150g coconut sugar
  • 60ml plain yogurt
  • 2 eggs (m size)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
1. Whisk all ingredients until well combined
2. Then, sift in dry ingredient mix below:

Dry Ingredients:

  • 135g white rice flour (100% rice finest)
  • 70g cornstarch
  • 20g glutinous rice flour
  • 45g cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda

3. Gradually pour in dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Whisk well
4. Bake 180°c (depends on your oven, mine set 180°c but actual temp was 150°c)
5. Bake the cake until it's done. To check if it's ready, insert a small stick. If it comes out clean and not wet, the cake is done
